Hello all. I started Clean9 on 2.2.19. The first 2 days was hard but doable. But then came the 3rd day. After the shower I had half a circulatory collapse. I felt really really bad. I wanted to give up and was so annoyed. Then I pulled myself together and at noon I could finally eat something which has also done incredibly well? I am more than satisfied with my results. Now I will continue with F15 ?? I am already looking forward to it.
